Your teams already use AI assistants, often without a method. Results vary and nobody really knows why an answer is good or bad. The training teaches them to use them on their own tasks, gaining autonomy at every level.
We adapt durations, group sizes and exercises to your teams, then specify them in the proposal. Exercises rely on your own tasks and on documents you have authorised.
Engagement 02
In every department, someone knows how to do a job that nobody else can explain. We start from an opportunity selected during the audit, write their method with them as a skill, then build the agent that applies it, with its tools, rights and checks.
An agent tested on your real cases, documented and transferable, with its rules, checks and action log.
Engagement 03
Using AI models with company data raises questions that consumer tools do not settle: where the data goes, who has which rights, what it costs, and what happens to the service if a supplier changes its terms. We can set up with you what is needed to answer them.
A documented architecture, controlled access and a monitored budget. GDPR compliance also depends on your uses, your contracts and your organisation: we prepare the elements, but the decision is yours.
After go-live, we can offer complementary technical support: monitoring, maintenance, spend tracking and trials of new models. We set its scope and commitments in the proposal.
With the AI audit. It sets your strategy and shows which engagement makes sense for you, if any. We then price each engagement separately, with its scope and what is included.
