Question 1

Which engagement should come first?

Accepted Answer

With the AI audit, step 0. It assesses the maturity of your processes, tools and data, distinguishes organisation, ERP, data, automation and AI issues, then leads to your strategy and action plan.

Question 2

Which engagements do you offer?

Accepted Answer

It all starts with an AI audit: we assess the maturity of your processes, tools and data, then define your strategy and action plan with you. Then three engagements: team training, building AI agents and setting up AI infrastructure.

Question 3

Can you work with an existing ERP?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We first review actual usage, workarounds, duplicate entry and broken flows. The right decision may be to improve the existing system, connect it more effectively or prepare a more structural change.

Question 4

How do you measure the impact of an engagement?

Accepted Answer

We define indicators before choosing a solution: time mobilised, duplicate entry avoided, processing quality and lead time, data reliability, management visibility and team adoption.

Question 5

How do you protect data and sovereignty?

Accepted Answer

We include data minimisation, access rights, traceability, processing location, reversibility and supplier dependency in the design criteria. Final legal validation remains your organisation’s responsibility.

Question 6

Does AI replace teams?

Accepted Answer

Our doctrine is augmented people, never replaced people. We automate repetitive tasks and secure decisions with clear responsibilities, human validation and appropriate change leadership.

Question 7

When should integration or automation begin?

Accepted Answer

After the need, business rules, data, responsibilities and success criteria have been framed. We avoid creating an uncontrolled parallel tool and favour supervised integration into the existing environment.

Question 8

What distinguishes Centauri from a simple integrator?

Accepted Answer

We first advise management: understanding operations, making trade-offs, building the roadmap and leading delivery. Our integration capability then challenges feasibility and implements the decision without breaking the business thread.
